Welcome to the Atha Energies Monitoring Platform.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Atha Energies monitoring application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Atha Energies (“Atha Energies”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Users may access the Services through an account created or provisioned using the registration and authentication methods supported by the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
The platform may allow authorised users to create and manage solar plants, configure plant information, and associate compatible inverters, data loggers, monitoring devices, or other equipment with a plant.
The platform receives, processes, and stores data transmitted by supported devices and connected systems, subject to device compatibility, connectivity, and service availability.
The Services may display real-time and historical information, including solar generation, inverter performance, electrical parameters, energy statistics, device status, and other available operational data. The information and features displayed may vary according to the equipment and configuration in use.
Where available, authorised users may export plant, device, or performance data for reporting, record keeping, or further analysis. Exported data should be checked for completeness and accuracy before being used for operational or commercial decisions.
The platform may provide alerts or notifications relating to device faults, plant status, connectivity, or other configured events. Delivery may depend on platform settings, network connectivity, and supported notification channels. Alerts are intended to assist monitoring and do not replace physical inspection, maintenance, or professional assessment.
We may process account information, plant and device details, operational telemetry, usage information, and other information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. Processing may include collecting, recording, organising, storing, retrieving, using, transmitting, and deleting information, as applicable.
Information about the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, applicable recipients, retention practices, and available privacy choices will be described in the applicable Privacy Policy or notices provided with the Services.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain platform records, meet applicable legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. Retention periods may vary by data type and applicable requirements.
Information may be made available to authorised users of a plant or account and to service providers, technical partners, or other recipients where required to operate, support, secure, or improve the Services, or where required or permitted by applicable law. Access should be limited to the relevant authorised purpose.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-based service or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to assess, address, and communicate information security incidents to relevant authorities and affected persons.
Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to raise an objection or other privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business, security, or dispute-related purposes.
You agree that you will:
We aim to make the Services available and reliable; however, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. The Services may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, connectivity issues, device or network failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Monitoring information is provided for informational and operational assistance. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to device, communication, or system conditions. The platform should not be treated as a substitute for safety systems, equipment protection, on-site supervision, or professional technical advice.
We will not be responsible for delay, interruption, or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, internet or telecommunications failures, electricity outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, labour disputes, or failures of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable Atha Energies registered or principal office.
